Home-Generated Sharps Waste Stewardship Budgets
Program operators must submit an initial stewardship program budget with the submission of a home-generated sharps waste stewardship plan and a program budget annually on or before March 31.
Initial stewardship program budgets are included in the stewardship plans that are submitted to CalRecycle and available on the Home-Generated Sharps Waste Stewardship Plan webpage.
Annual program budgets submitted to CalRecycle may be posted on this webpage.
Copies of documents not linked below and information that the interested party believes is redacted beyond what is required by law may be requested via a Public Records Act Request.
