Annual LEA/CalRecycle Technical Training Series (formerly Conference)
One of the commitments of Partnership 2000 was to hold a series of technical training sessions on solid waste for CalRecycle staff and local enforcement agencies (LEAs) to provide more opportunities for interaction and information exchange.
In 2006, specific technical training was added for waste tire enforcement agencies (TEA) and in 2007 for facility operators. In 2011, technical sessions were added for e-waste and beverage container recyclers. Successful conferences have been held since 1997.
