Overview:

On February 2, 2024, CalRecycle will host the first Advisory Board meeting for the implementation of SB 54 (Allen, Chapter 75, Statutes of 2022). During this meeting, CalRecycle will introduce the 16-member Advisory Board, provide an overview of the requirements for the Advisory Board pursuant to Section 42070 of the Public Resources Code (PRC), and provide an overview of the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act. The second half of the meeting will be provided by the Advisory Board following the election of an Advisory Board Chair.

How to Participate in the Session:

This meeting will be a hybrid in-person and virtual meeting, accessible in person in the Byron Sher Auditorium, 2^nd Floor, 1001 I Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. The Byron Sher Auditorium is wheelchair accessible.
