Dealer Cooperative Quarterly Reporting
Dealer cooperatives are required to submit quarterly reports to CalRecycle no later than the 10th day after each reporting period ends. The reporting periods cover stewardship program activities occurring:
- 1st Quarter: January 1 through March 31
- 2nd Quarter: April 1 through June 30
- 3rd Quarter: July 1 through September 30 and
- 4th Quarter: October 1 through December 31

Circular CRV Association is the only dealer cooperative operating a beverage container stewardship program in California.

2026 Quarterly Reports
- 2nd Quarter – Visit the Public Notice for more details regarding CalRecycle’s review of the 2nd Quarter 2026 Report (submitted July 6, 2026).
- 1st Quarter – Visit the Public Notice for more details regarding CalRecycle’s review of the 1st Quarter 2026 Report (resubmitted May 11, 2026).
- CalRecycle determined that the report was incomplete on May 7, 2026.
2025 Quarterly Reports
4th Quarter – Visit the Public Notice for more details regarding CalRecycle’s review of the 4th Quarter 2025 Report (resubmitted February 23, 2026).
- CalRecycle determined that the resubmitted report was incomplete on March 18, 2026.
- CalRecycle determined that the report was incomplete on February 18, 2026.
Copies of documents not linked in an associated Public Notice and information that the interested party believes is redacted beyond what is required by law may be requested via a Public Records Act Request.
