Dealer Cooperative Quarterly Reports

During the implementation of their stewardship plan, dealer cooperatives are required to submit quarterly reports to CalRecycle no later than the 10^th day after each reporting period ends.

The reporting periods cover stewardship program activities occurring:

• 1^st Quarter: January 1 through March 31
• 2^nd Quarter: April 1 through June 30
• 3^rd Quarter: July 1 through September 30 and
• 4^th Quarter: October 1 through December 31

Circular CRV Association is currently the only dealer cooperative with an approved stewardship plan in California. The law allows for additional dealer cooperatives to operate in California as approved by CalRecycle. Refer to the statute and regulations for more information on quarterly reporting requirements.
