Unreliable Contractor List

CalRecycle’s Unreliable Contractor, Subcontractor, Grantee or Borrower List (“Unreliable Contractor List”) is a list of entities prohibited from being awarded a CalRecycle contract, grant, or loan, or a subcontract under a CalRecycle contract, grant, or loan. This list identifies those entities that have been found unreliable after being responsible for one or more of the events listed in Title 14, California Code of Regulations, section 17050.
