No Open RMDZ Designation Cycle

Regulations state that by March 31 of each year, if and when the Board determines a need for additional zones, it will evaluate the maximum number of new Recycling Market Development Zones to be designated and initiate a new cycle. The Board will identify the statewide recycling market development objectives for the designation cycle. These are described in Section 17909.
