  1. On page 18 of the Application Guidelines and Instructions, it states, “The applicant must submit a Resolution no later than the application due date. ” However, page 5 suggests that the Resolution may be submitted by the secondary due dates rather than the application due dates. Can you clarify by which set of dates the Resolution must be submitted?

The required Authorization Documents can be submitted by the application due date but must be submitted by the secondary due date. If the required Authorization Documents are not received by the secondary due date, then the application will be deemed incomplete, and CalRecycle will disqualify the applicant. Please ignore the typo on page 18 of the Application Guidelines, which states “the applicant must submit a Resolution no later than the application due date,” as that is not correct.

  1. For the additional scoring documents, page 15 states, “if your document is larger than 35 MB, it can be mailed.” However, a mailing address is not stated. What is the mailing address for these documents?
