In this webinar, CalRecycle’s Local Assistance and Market Development (LAMD) Branch will discuss assistance tools and resources available to aid jurisdictions in successfully migrating through the Compliance Evaluation process. There will also be a discussion regarding best management practices (BMPs) for keeping, maintaining and providing access to an SB 1383 Implementation Record.

Note that while the Implementation Record will be discussed during this Chat, we will cover new recommendations and will not provide an overview of the SB 1383 requirements for Implementation Record.
