Paint Stewardship Program Annual Reports
Starting in 2024, paint stewardship organizations are required to submit annual reports to CalRecycle by May 15 each year for the previous calendar year. Prior to 2024, the paint stewardship organization submitted annual reports for each fiscal year (July to June).
PaintCare is currently the only stewardship organization operating a paint program in California. Refer to the statute, regulations, and review checklist for more information on annual report requirements.
