Regulation Overview
Below are links to specific parts of the Disposal Reporting System (DRS) regulations that pertain to stations, landfills, and transformation facilities in California. In 2006 DRS regulations were revised. Revised disposal reporting regulations are found under Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Article 9.2. The initial webpage outlines each section and on the left side of the page you can navigate to Article 9.2 and the various sections under that article (i.e., for hauler information, navigate to section 18808).
