DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this workshop is to consult with the public\, the regulated community\, and other interested parties to solicit feedback on the proposed recovery rate for all covered electronic waste (CEW) and recycling payment rates for video display devices\, as defined in Public Resources Code (PRC) section 42463(g)(1)(A)\, in accordance with PRC sections 42477 and 42478. \nSee the public notice for more information.
