Revising the Five-Year Tire Plan for FYs 2025–26 to 2029–30 Workshop

Senate Bill 876 (Escutia, Statutes of 2000, Chapter 838) requires the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) to adopt and submit to the Legislature a Five-Year Tire Plan that includes proposed budget allocations. In addition, it requires that the Plan be updated every two years.

CalRecycle will hold an in-person and virtual workshop on Wednesday, December 4th from 1:30-3:30 pm to discuss the biennial update of the Waste Tire Recycling Management Program’s Five-Year Tire Plan. During the workshop, proposed activities and budgets will be discussed covering fiscal years 2025–26 through 2029–30. Spanish and English simultaneous interpretation will be available to participants. The agenda and presentation materials will be available at least 5 days before the meeting.
