Feasibility and Planning Studies
- Only for feasibility or planning studies for possible future actions yet to be approved by the agency, board, or commission.
- With no legally binding effect on later activities.
SWRCB and the Regional Boards Waste Discharge Requirements (WDR)
A partial exemption from ND, MND, and EIR for revising or amending waste discharge requirements (WDR) that had already been adopted for new sources as defined in the Federal Water Pollution Control Act.

Air Quality Permits
Pursuant to Title V, as defined in Section 39053.3 of the Health and Safety Code.
