Nonhazardous, Nonputrescible, Industrial Solid Waste--Emergency Regulations

Description:

This rulemaking established permitting and operational standards for hazardous waste facilities that dispose of nonhazardous, nonputrescible, industrial solid waste.

Title 14, California Code of Regulations, Division 7, sections 17367, 17368, 17369, 17370.1, 17370.2, and 18225.

History:

The OAL approved these emergency regulations on July 31, 2000 with an effective date of October 1, 2000.
