2008 Recycled-Content Newsprint Quality Standards
In compliance with Public Resources Code Section 42775, the California Integrated Waste Management Board establishes annual recycled-content newsprint quality standards using test methods approved by the Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry (TAPPI).
